Customers can arrange for keys to be collected from a solicitor, estate agent or neighbour and returned by recorded delivery if they prefer to be absent during clearance. The team is fully trained in Health and Safety regulations and carries a Waste Licence. All members carry Public Liability Insurance. The area is left swept and clean after each job. Specialist services include bereavement clearance, crime scene cleanup and hoarder clearance, carried out discreetly.
