Premium for skip hire and rubbish removal firms

Every listing is free and stays free, and enquiries by email are free on any claimed listing. Premium costs £12 a month plus VAT and adds your own price list by skip size and load, availability, photos of your lorries and skips, and a note on your enquiry form. It includes a yearly check by a person, and the Owner verified badge once that check is done. Premium never changes where your listing appears.

How the check works

Once a year a person rings or emails your business on the contact details it already publishes, confirms you run it and that the listing is current, and looks your carrier registration up. The badge follows the check, not the payment, and says nothing about insurance, yard permits or the standard of the work. The check in full.

Does paying move a listing up?

No. On every town, county and service page the order is how recently a listing's public details were checked, then how complete they are. Premium buys no position, now or later, and a paid check never changes that date.

What do the badges mean?

Owner verified (paid check): within the last year a person confirmed with the business, on the phone number or email it already publishes, that it runs this listing and that the details were current. It comes with Premium. Premium (paid plan): the business pays for the Premium tools. Both carry the word paid wherever they appear, and neither is a review, a rating or a recommendation.

The small print

Who you pay
RubbishRemoval.Trade, whose address is in the terms. Stripe takes the payment; card details go to Stripe and never reach this site.
Prices
Premium is £12 a month plus VAT, and it is the only paid plan. VAT at 20% is added to every payment: £14.40 a month in all.
Renewal
Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel.
Cancelling
Any time, from Manage billing in your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the plan is not renewed after it. There are no refunds for part of a period except where the law requires one.
Buying as a business
Premium is sold to skip hire and waste businesses for use in the business, and you confirm that, and that you accept the terms, with a tick box before you pay.
One listing per plan
Premium covers one listing. If you run two listings, for example two depots, each needs its own Premium for the paid tools to show on it.
When a plan ends
The badges come off at the end of the paid period. Your price list, photos, reply note and availability stop showing at once, are kept for 90 days in case you come back, and are then deleted. Enquiries are free, so they carry on, and each is deleted 12 months after it arrived. Your listing stays where it is.

Questions

How do I start?

Claim your listing on the claim page. If your email address is on your own website's domain and that website still names your business and its published number, the claim is approved at once; otherwise a person checks it against the details your business already publishes. Then sign in with a one-time link and choose Premium from your dashboard, or stay on the free claimed listing.

Do I need Premium to get enquiries?

No. Enquiries by email are free on every claimed listing, with no lead fee, no booking fee and no commission. An enquiry carries the customer's job details: what waste, roughly how much, where the skip would go and when, and you reply to them directly.

Why is there no badge straight after I pay?

Because the badge says a person has checked, and that happens after you pay. We contact you on the phone number or email your business already publishes, usually within two working days, and the badge appears once the check is done.

How does the price list work?

You enter a price for each skip size you hire, for each van load, and what you charge for items such as mattresses, tyres and fridges, plasterboard, extra weeks and a council permit. A customer who has used the skip size calculator sees a total for their own job on your profile, labelled as coming from your price list. You still confirm the price when you quote.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from Manage billing in your dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Your listing carries on as a free claimed listing, in the same place.

Which photos can I add?

Photos you took of your own lorries, skips and yard. No stock images and no pictures of other businesses' vehicles.

Free for every firm

The waste transfer note template is free to print with your business name, claimed or not.
