About Clearance Grafters

Clearance Grafters is a family-run house clearance business based in Sutton. It has traded for over ten years and specialises in domestic clearances throughout Surrey, offering single item removal, full and part house clearances, loft clearances, garage clearances and decluttering services. The business also carries out probate clearances, end of tenancy clearances, school clearances and commercial clearances.

For single items, the business removes mattresses, dishwashers, sheds and other unwanted goods from any room. Loft and garage clearances are arranged at times convenient to customers. The decluttering service helps customers downsize or make room, and the team can move existing furniture between rooms. Probate clearances are handled during difficult times, and end of tenancy clearances remove items left behind by previous tenants.

Clearance Grafters re-uses up to 90 per cent of items by passing them to charity partners or recycling them, operating on a zero to landfill mission. The business offers reasonable reductions on items it is able to sell on. Jobs begin with contact to the team, and free quotations are offered for single item removals, with a minimum charge applying. The family-run team treats all property with care and attention, delivering a service around customers' needs, budget and timescale.
