About Andy House Clearance
Andy House Clearance is a family-run rubbish removal and house clearance business based in Gravesend, run by Andy (Adrian Neculaes). The business clears household rubbish, furniture, garden waste, garage contents, loft clutter, builders waste, office equipment, fly-tipped waste and appliances from homes, gardens, offices and commercial sites. Fridges and freezers are collected but require a call first to discuss the price. Hazardous chemicals and asbestos are handled by specialist contractors.
Andy House Clearance covers Gravesend, Northfleet, Meopham, Swanscombe and the close villages around them. The business operates same-day or next-day across this area. All collected waste goes to a licensed transfer station. Jobs start with a phone call or WhatsApp message, and a quote is given on the call.
The business has traded for 10 years and is run as a sole trader. Andy is an Environment Agency-licensed waste carrier (Upper Tier, CBDU330845, valid to 2029-03-20). The business is family-run with Andy directly answering calls and messages. Recent work includes full garage clearances, garden clearances with sheds and overgrown material, kitchen and bathroom rip-outs, and post-bereavement house clearances. The business holds 65 Google reviews averaging 4.8 stars.
