About Sussex House Clearances
Sussex House Clearances is a family business based in Haywards Heath that carries out house clearances, removals, office clearances and rubbish disposal across Sussex and beyond. The firm clears furniture, appliances, cupboards, garages, sheds and loft spaces, and it also buys and sells used furniture from its workshop. Items that can be resold are valued and offset against the cost of the clearance job, reducing the overall expense. Metal recycling is offered, and salvageable pieces are upcycled rather than sent to waste.
The business covers Haywards Heath, Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne, Lewes, Worthing, Littlehampton, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Shoreham, Portslade, Crawley, Horsham, Bognor Regis, Chichester and Burgess Hill. It also carries out removals across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, moving full house contents, office contents and single items of furniture to specialist items such as art or antiques. The team handles logistics including ferry times for moves to Ireland.
Sussex House Clearances has over 20 years' experience and holds public liability insurance up to £1,000,000. A site visit is arranged to assess what can be sold, and items the client wishes to keep are transported to another location. Removals can be booked for a time that suits the customer. The business is rated 9.79 on Checkatrade with over 200 customer reviews.
