About Smith Recycling Limited
Smith Recycling Limited is a skip hire and waste management business based in Milton Keynes. It supplies skips in sizes from 2 to 40 yards for domestic and commercial customers, and also offers grab lorry hire and a wait and load service for shorter-term projects. The business has traded for more than 20 years and is a licensed waste carrier.
Skips are delivered and collected at times to suit the customer, with next-day delivery available. The standard hire period is 14 days. Road permits can be arranged by the business if the skip is placed on a public highway or footpath. General waste accepted includes builders waste, garden waste, wood, metal and plastic. Plasterboard disposal is available with an additional charge. Electrical appliances, paint cans, aerosols, gas canisters, tyres, fluorescent lighting tubes, asbestos, liquid waste and food are excluded from skips.
Smith Recycling covers Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. All waste collected is taken to the business's recycling centre in Milton Keynes, where 100% of it is recycled, with 0% material sent to landfill. Commercial customers can open a credit account. The business also sells aggregate and building materials, which can be added to a skip order. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for orders, or 7 days if a road permit is needed.
