About Samco Services

Samco Services is a waste clearance business based in East Grinstead. It clears houses, flats and outbuildings, removes furniture such as sofas, mattresses, wardrobes and white goods, and disposes of household junk, black bag waste and garden waste. The business also carries out commercial clearance for shops, warehouses and offices, end of tenancy clearance for landlords and letting agents, and fly tipping removal.

The business covers West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Kent and South London, including East Grinstead, Crawley, Horley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Forest Row, Burgess Hill, Lingfield, Edenbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Items are sorted and reused where possible, with suitable items donated to charity. The business sorts, recycles and disposes of waste in full accordance with environmental regulations.

Samco Services was established in 2011 and is fully insured and licensed by the Environment Agency to carry and dispose of waste. The company was founded after the director organised a house clearance following a bereavement and decided to treat belongings with care and dignity. The business works with estate agents, solicitors, homeowners, tenants and commercial businesses. Free quotes are offered, and the team is uniformed, punctual and polite.
