About Portland Skips & Landscaping Supplies
Portland Skips & Landscaping Supplies is part of Portland Stone Ltd, a family-run business based on the Isle of Portland and serving customers throughout Dorset. It was founded in 1995 by the late John "Butch" Nash and employs drivers, operators, office staff and waste transfer staff.
Its hire and waste services include wood, plasterboard, metal, cardboard and rubble skips, roll on roll off skips, wait and loads, and enclosed lockable skips and asbestos skips. Grab hire handles soil, rubble, tarmac and mixed waste, and tipper hire covers muck away and recycled materials. Waste bags are available for soil, plasterboard and mixed waste.
The business also supplies primary and recycled aggregates, decorative stones, timber and fencing, paving and walling and landscaping products, and offers site waste management plans with monthly waste analysis and detailed waste reporting through a customer portal. Customers include national contractors, local builders and homeowners, and orders for skips, grabs and supplies can be placed online.
