About Nice Cloud House Clearance
Nice Cloud House Clearance is a house clearance business based in Shrewsbury, set up in 2016 by Jim, a former PE teacher. It began by buying and selling for people through an eBay store, then took on contracts to clear self-storage units and sell their contents, before extending into property clearances for private customers, estate agents and insurers. The business holds a waste carrier licence and has nine years' experience clearing property in Shropshire and beyond.
Its services are house clearance, garden clearance and preparation, and house cleaning, including clearances for house re-sale after a bereavement or a loved one moving into care. A quote comes from a visit to the property or from photos sent remotely, and customers are asked to remove anything they wish to keep before the day.
Items of value are sold through online stores and auction houses, and usable items are donated to local charities. Areas listed include Wem, Whitchurch, Ludlow, Oswestry, Telford, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton and parts of Powys.
