About MJ Church (Allington Depot)
MJ Church is a family-owned waste management business operating across the South West, with an Allington depot near Chippenham. It serves commercial and domestic clients and offers skip hire, a man in a van service, waste transfer and recycling.
Its waste team runs six transfer stations, a materials recycling facility, man and van services and an events division, and it has opened a waste transfer station in Westbury. The business's news pages show it supporting events such as the Royal International Air Tattoo, Bath Christmas Market and Badminton Horse Trials, and it introduced electric vehicles into its fleet in 2024. Alongside waste, the wider group also works in quarrying and bulk materials, including Wick Quarry.
The business describes its approach as offering a simple solution to every client's requirements, taking care to understand individual needs and delivering seamlessly. It says its independence, family-owned roots and in-house abilities allow it to act quickly and decisively, and it describes itself as a partner rather than a supplier.
