About Grace Clearance Services

Grace Clearance Services is a family-run rubbish removal business based in Sale, trading for over 35 years in property clearing and goods transportation. The business clears houses, offices, garages, lofts and cellars, removing furniture, appliances, personal items and renovation debris. It handles bereavement clearances and hoarding clearances, and can disconnect and remove free-standing kitchen appliances such as fridges, freezers, dishwashers and washing machines. Office furniture, desks, filing cabinets, computers, printers and photocopiers are also cleared.

Grace Clearance Services covers Greater Manchester and East Cheshire. The business operates a fleet of large vans, some plain and some sign-written, all compliant with low-emissions legislation. A free quote is provided after a telephone conversation, backed up by photographs if needed. Items of good quality are bought as part of clearances, which can reduce the cost or result in a free clearance. Every room cleared is swept and cleaned. The business makes every effort to recycle or donate items; waste is sent to recycling centres as a last resort.

Grace Clearance Services is fully licensed as a Tier 1 waste carrier with registration number CBDU333506 and holds full public liability insurance. Hazardous materials such as asbestos, solvents, noxious chemicals and medical waste require specialist services through the local authority.
