Countrystyle Recycling Ltd is a waste management business based in Sittingbourne, part of Heathcote Holdings. It collects and processes commercial waste, hazardous waste, clinical waste, confidential waste, plasterboard, food waste and green waste from businesses, local authorities and communities across Kent, London and the South East. Countrystyle Recycling was founded in 1996 as Countrystyle Composting, offering commercial recycling and domestic green waste services. The business expanded in 2001 with bulk waste collections and acquired a waste transfer site in Strood in 2007. It welcomed Any Waste into the company in 2012. In 2018, Countrystyle was awarded a five-year contract with the London Borough of Bexley. The business processes plasterboard on a dedicated line, separating and cleaning it for gypsum recovery. Food waste is converted into renewable biogas. Every load is logged, weighed and tracked through an internal system, providing full visibility from collection to final processing. Waste Transfer Notes, Certificates of Destruction and recovery summaries are provided to customers.
