Every move starts with a survey at the home or over video call, followed by a written plan and fixed price within one working day. Floors and doorways are protected, furniture is wrapped in blankets, and items are placed in the right room at the destination. Packing services include full or partial packing with every box labelled by room, and storage is available between properties for a week or longer, collected and returned by the same team.

Specialist items moved include upright and grand pianos on a piano trolley and skid board, antiques and fine art individually wrapped and crated, safes assessed for weight and access, pool and snooker tables dismantled and reassembled, gym equipment, IT servers and machinery. Single valuable items can travel on a dedicated vehicle or alongside a planned long-distance move.
