About Up North Grab Hire
Up North Grab Hire is a waste collection and grab hire business based in Leeds. It operates 8-wheel grab lorries carrying up to 17 tonnes per load across Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. The services are grab hire and muck away, waste collection and site clearance, and aggregate supply including sand, gravel, MOT Type 1 and screened topsoil.
The business handles soil, clay, hardcore, old paving, renovation debris and concrete rubble from driveways, gardens and construction sites. The hydraulic arm reaches up to 8 metres, allowing the lorry to load waste over walls, hedges and fences. Most jobs take 15 to 20 minutes from arrival to departure. The business supplies waste transfer documentation for site records and takes material to local recycling facilities rather than landfill wherever possible.
Up North Grab Hire has been a registered business for over 3.5 years and is a fully licensed waste carrier with the Environment Agency. It works for homeowners, landscapers, builders and site managers. The business covers Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield, including surrounding areas and villages. Same-day service is available seven days a week. Jobs begin with a call or quote form describing what needs clearing and the location, and a price is given, usually within minutes. The lorry loads directly from the driveway or site in around 15 to 20 minutes.
