About Miss House Clearance

Miss House Clearance is a female-managed house clearance business based in Nottingham. It carries out bereavement clearances, hoarding clearances, garage clearances and downsizing clearances for homes and commercial properties across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The business is a fully licensed waste carrier and removes unwanted items, leaving properties clean and ready for the next stage.

Items in good condition are donated to local charities rather than sent to landfill. The business sorts items for recycling and reuse, and raises money for raffles and tombolas through charity donations. All staff are fully DBS checked. Work begins with a visit to assess the property and discuss the job.

The business covers bereavement situations, hoarding clearances where items are sorted and removed with respect for the client's privacy, garage clearances, and downsizing moves. Whole house clearances are undertaken. Miss House Clearance has been featured on BBC Local Radio and the BBC TV show Inside Out. The business serves customers across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, removing all items and sweeping up afterwards, leaving spaces tidy and ready for use.
