Once the clearance is complete, the cleaning team steps in to present a space that is clear and clean. Electrical items are disposed of in an environmentally conscious manner. The business has traded for 24 years in the trade and is registered with Sandwell social services. It works with solicitors and estate agents, and handles clearances after bereavement and during property renovations. Items are assessed to secure the possible price, minus the commission fees often charged at auction houses. Rubbish is disposed of through eco-friendly methods.
