Elite Rubbish Clearance

About Elite Rubbish Clearance

Elite Rubbish Clearance is a waste removal business based in Hillingdon. It clears household rubbish, garden waste, builders' waste, soil, rubble and furniture from homes, gardens, building sites and estates. The services listed are house and flat clearances, garden clearance, builders' waste removal, muck away from extensions and basement digs, fly-tipped waste collection, and end of tenancy clears for landlords and letting agents.

The business covers all of London and up to 50 miles out. A grab lorry with a crane lifts waste over walls, fences and hedges, loading from the road. Jobs are booked by sending two or three photos of the pile and the access by WhatsApp, and a fixed price is returned. The business works seven days a week and can arrange out of hours visits. The crew carries everything out from any room, including upstairs flats, lofts and back gardens, loads the lorry and sweeps the area before leaving. A waste transfer note is sent by email after each job, covering loading, transport and tipping. The business is a licensed waste carrier and takes all waste to a licensed transfer station where it is sorted. Reusable furniture is kept out of landfill where possible. For asbestos, chemicals, fuels, oils, gas cylinders and clinical waste, the business directs customers to appropriate specialists.
