Drurys Skip Hire, a family firm, handles skip hire and waste management in North Norfolk, its website says, serving private and commercial customers around North Walsham and Norwich. Its skips run from mini and midi to builders' sizes, and it also runs grab lorries and tippers. It also operates an open gate policy, letting other waste firms tip loads covered by their own permits.
About Drurys Skip Hire
Drurys Skip Hire is a family-run waste removal and recycling business based in North Walsham. The Drury family started in transport just after the world war from Southrepps, and the skip hire division was formed in the early 1990s following the purchase of Willard Skips. Michael Drury runs the business together with his senior management team.
The business offers dry waste collection in open and enclosed containers ranging from 2 cubic yards up to 40 cubic yards RORO bins. Mini skips of 2 cubic yards, midi skips of 4 cubic yards and builders skips of 6 to 8 cubic yards are available for order online or by telephone. A grab lorry service is also offered for waste removal in spaces that are difficult to access, with a reach of 7 metres from the side of the vehicle, allowing work over walls, fences, trees and street furniture.
Drurys Skip Hire operates a waste recycling centre on site with modern machinery and equipment. The business produces its own crushed building product from recycled material that has undergone crushing and screening. It supplies aggregates for commercial and residential building and construction uses to relevant specifications, drawing on working relationships with quarries throughout East Anglia.
The business delivers skips to North Walsham and surrounding postcode areas NR28, plus Norwich and Norfolk postcodes NR1 to NR3, NR6 to NR7, NR10 to NR13, NR24 to NR27 and NR29. Registered waste carriers can use an open gate policy to dispose of waste covered within their permit.
