About Blackpool Skip Hire
Blackpool Skip Hire is a waste management and recycling business serving the Fylde Coast and wider Lancashire. The business hires domestic and commercial skips ranging from 2-yard to 40-yard RORO containers for construction, demolition and excavation waste. Grab hire is available for daily hire or delivery and collection of soil and hardcore. A credit account facility offers added flexibility for regular customers.
The business operates a modern fleet of 16 vehicles and holds over 900 skips in stock. Skips are delivered to site, and collection is arranged by phone or online once filled. All waste is transported to a recycling facility, where materials are segregated, processed, shredded, crushed, screened and washed. Recovered materials are turned into recycled aggregates, readymix concrete, topsoil, biomass woodchip and other sustainable products.
Blackpool Skip Hire was founded in 2005 with two skip trucks and thirty skips, and is part of Teale Materials, a Lancashire recycling group. The business recycles 100 per cent of waste received and holds full accreditation and licensing. It has won the Wyre Business Awards for Town Centre Business of the Year in 2023 and 2025. Skips can be booked online or by contacting the team.
