Ashdown Clearances

About Ashdown Clearances

Ashdown Clearances is a family-run business based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. It clears houses, lofts, garages, sheds and gardens, removing all free-standing items and leaving properties empty and tidy. The business also values, buys and sells antiques, quality second-hand furniture and household items. Commercial clearance of offices, shops and warehouses is offered, and garden waste is recycled or disposed of responsibly.

The business covers Sevenoaks, Eastbourne, Crawley, Ashford and throughout Kent and East Sussex. Work begins with a visit to value items and discuss what is to be cleared, bought or sold. Items of value are purchased during clearance, and unwanted goods are sorted for resale, donation to local charities or recycling. The business arranges storage and provides cleaning services after clearance if required. Bereavement work is undertaken for clients.

Ashdown Clearances is fully licensed and insured. It works for solicitors, landlords, estate agents and homeowners. The business recycles and reuses items wherever possible, with landfill disposal as a last resort. Single items, part clearances and full house clearances are undertaken, and customers can choose combinations of clearance, purchase and recycling to suit their needs.
