About AJ Grab Hire
AJ Grab Hire is a waste removal business based on the outskirts of Cambridge, serving Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. The company operates grab lorries and tipper trucks for domestic and commercial projects, including site clearance, rubbish removal, muck away and green waste disposal. Services also include contaminated soil removal, timber away, hardcore away, aggregates supply and groundworks.
The fleet includes grabber and tipper trucks designed for tight access and restricted sites, with small lorries featuring rear steer. Grab lorries are self-loading with a hydraulic grab bucket on an extending crane operated by the driver, reaching 7.5 metres from the side of the vehicle. This allows the business to work over and between walls, fences, trees and street furniture on awkward sites. AJ Grab Hire grades soil for multi-purpose or finely screened topsoil and supplies garden mulch and building aggregates for construction and landscaping projects.
The business is registered with the Environment Agency and as a waste carrier. All drivers are trained to C.P.C.S standards. AJ Grab Hire has been trading for over 15 years and covers Royston, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas. The company receives repeat business from homeowners, commercial customers and building firms. Free quotes are available on request.
