Adam's House Clearances & Waste Removals

About Adam's House Clearances & Waste Removals

Adam's House Clearances & Waste Removals is a family-run business based near Wigan, servicing Lancashire and the wider Northwest. The business carries out complete house clearances, garden waste removal, office clearances and industrial waste disposal. It also removes single items and handles charitable donations of usable goods from clearances.

The business covers Wigan, Lancashire and the Northwest. Adam's House Clearances & Waste Removals holds an Environment Agency Waste Carriers Licence (reference CBDU411169) and works with accredited recycling experts. Items from clearances are recycled through partnerships with Sue Ryder, Cancer Research UK, the British Heart Foundation and several local homeless charities. Antique dealers and an auction house can be contacted to quote for valuable items, which the business then delivers. A visit is arranged to measure and itemise contents by room, loft, garden or space, and a free quote follows, detailing staff, timings and cost. Remote quotes are available if photographs of contents are sent by WhatsApp or email.

Adam is an Army veteran who worked in removals in Europe, studied at Manchester University, and worked in sales management in the drinks industry before running a pub in West Lancashire with his partner Jane. The business was established to focus on charity recycling and customer service. Adam's House Clearances & Waste Removals holds public liability insurance via Simply Business and carriage of goods insurance via Direct Line.
